SHIPPING POLICY
Items are often shipped the same day if the order is received by 3pm Central. Backorders by the manufacturer may cause shipping delay. Please contact us at 615.837.2687 to verify stock status if order is needed quickly.
Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air. All packages are insured.
If we ship
the wrong item, the item will be exchanged at
no charge.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
| Returns on normally stocked items (not closeouts) can be made within 14 days of receipt of item(s). There is a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items must be in like-new condition with all original packing materials/accessories/ etc. If we ship the wrong item, the item will be exchanged at no charge. This is not the case if the wrong item is ordered. |

WARRANTY
POLICY
OOPic
products and all other products carried by The
BotShop come with a no DOA warranty. OOPic products
are intended for projects and experimentation
and as such, can not be warrantied against problems
occuring after receipt by consumer. Warranty does
not cover damage due to shipping of an improperly
prepared system or part. Packing is the responsibility
of the sender or the agent of the sender.
Warranty does not cover improper setup and configuration
of any part purchased from The BotShop.
Warranty does not cover acts of nature, i.e. damage
due to thunder storm, hurricane, flood, or lightning.
Warranty does not cover acts of man, i.e. spilling
beverages, chemicals, solvents, cements, paints,
on hardware or software media. |

POLICY
At
The BotShop, we hate junk mail as much as the
next guy. You shouldn't have the hassle of worrying
about your privacy. That is why we ONLY collect
your information when necessary. This includes
signing up for the email list, entering a contest,
or making a purchase. In all cases, your information
is used for that purpose only.
Example: If you make a purchase online, we will
not then add your email address to our mailing
list.

The BotShop doesn't bother obtaining your IP Address
when you come to our site.

The BotShop uses your name, email address, phone
number, mailing address and credit card information
to process your orders. This information is stored
in our database to keep track of your purchases.
It is never used for any other purpose and is
never sold to a third party. We will not send
anything to your email or regular mailbox that
you haven't specifically requested.

kiddies, we're not surprised that people are still
wary of shopping online. However, new technology
brings new security. Our website utilizes Secure
Socket Layer technology. Look for the little gold
lock on your browser at checkout.
What is SSL and how does it protect my privacy?
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for
mutual authentication, data encryption and data
integrity- all to ensure secure transactions for
our customers. SSL is the industry standard security
protocol to encode sensitive information, such
as your credit card number. SSL creates a shared
digital key which only lets the sender and the
receiver of the transmission scramble or unscramble
information. To everyone else, even the servers
relaying the message, the SSL transmission is
indecipherable. SSL encryption can only be broken
by intercepting the encrypted message, recording
it, and using a computer to try every possible
combination until the key is cracked. Most keys
range from 40 to 1,024 digits long. It would take
way to long to crack to seem like a good option
for even the most evil person.Our site may at
